Description
Qualifications
- Philippine citizen or holder of a 13a Visa for permanent or temporary residents.
- Must be a fluent or a native speaker (for the position language applying for) and with the ability to also read and write and fluent in conversational English.
- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines
- Must be willing to work at the office or WFH based on company business needs.
- Must have good computer skills and can type at least 25wpm.
Job Responsibilities
- Taking phone calls from customers;
- Answering questions about the product or service;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
