• • Familiar with PC Software and Hardware

• • Familiar with internet and network

• • Technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating system and standards

Job Responsibilities

• • Provide basic computer troubleshooting

• • Provide basic printer trouble shooting

• • Set-up multimedia devices

• • Provide basic knowledge on Microsoft Products

• • Installing, Diagnosing, Repairing, Maintaining, and Upgrading all hardware equipment.

• • Provide Basic Graphic Design
