Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy or related field
- Open to fresh graduates
Responsibilities
- Organize and update client financial records into the accounting system
- Enter basic transactions such as invoices, payments, and purchase orders
- Track daily or weekly cash balances as needed
- Assist in preparing checks and monitoring outgoing payments
- Support payroll calculations and preparation of government contributions
- Review bank statements and assist with simple reconciliations
- Gather documents for monthly tax filing
- Provide support in general accounting and administrative tasks such as filing, encoding, and preparing basic reports
Work Setup
- Hybrid arrangement: 1 day onsite, 4 days work-from-home
