HR Intern – Recruitment

Role Overview:

The HR Intern will support the recruitment team in executing end-to-end hiring processes. This role provides hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination, while developing practical HR skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain applicant tracking records and recruitment databases.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Hybrid setup; 1 day onsite, 4 days work-from-home
