Role Overview:
The HR Intern will support the recruitment team in executing end-to-end hiring processes. This role provides hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination, while developing practical HR skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain applicant tracking records and recruitment databases.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Hybrid setup; 1 day onsite, 4 days work-from-home
