We are seeking an Entry-Level Executive Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our leadership team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in executive support and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Assist in scheduling appointments, managing time zones, and prioritizing meetings.
- Communication Liaison: Help screen calls, manage inboxes, and support communication with internal/external stakeholders.
- Travel and Logistics: Provide support in coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Document Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, memos, and handle confidential documents with guidance.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
- Office Administration: Maintain records, support expense management, and contribute to optimizing office workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with internship/entry-level administrative experience.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); willingness to learn AI tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
