Legal Compliance Specialist

The Legal Compliance will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with government processes and procedures. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and check legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements of government agencies.
  • Act as a liaison in obtaining documentation from agencies such as BIR, SEC, DTI, Courts, and Local Government Units (LGUs).
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain proper documentation, monitor progress of processes, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data.
  • Maintain client confidence by keeping clients’ and lawyers’ information confidential.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, Humanities/Liberal Arts, or related field.
  • Proficient in basic office computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
  • Ability to work productively with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to varying workloads and timelines.
