Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice


  • College – Levels are encouraged to apply
  • Relevant experience is not required, But Experience as ESL Teacher or Teaching English in the Academe is an advantage.
  • No call center experience required.
  • Computer literate with PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.
  • Strong Presentation skills
  • Solid research and instructional skills.
  • Excellent English Communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn and gain familiarity with the Product
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Training Developers or subject matter experts to support the maintenance of content organized in the knowledge base, including its technical accuracy
  • Create, review, edit and maintain articles in Knowledge Base Tool and Production Knowledge repository
  • Edit and format existing documents in Knowledge Base and/or Knowledge Articles
  • Create and maintain demo contents
